KSA Trust presents “Champions Corporate Talks”

KSA Trust has launched a new initiative – “Champions Corporate Talks.”

This series is designed to bring our Champions into corporate spaces, where they engage with employees through inspiring sessions. Each talk is carefully curated to suit diverse audiences, taking into consideration their professional domains, age groups, and organizational cultures.

The very first Champions Corporate Talk was hosted at NCompass TechStudio Private Limited (a company that creates delightful, impactful technology solutions for businesses) in Navalur, Chennai, on 19th September 2025. The program began in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, thoughtfully set by the ever-smiling COO, Bala V.

The guest speaker was Vidya Subramanian, Champion of Chennai – Education, 2022. Vidya opened her session by sharing her inspiring life journey—from securing an all-India CA rank to diversifying into a successful entrepreneur through her pioneering online Carnatic music classes. Describing this transition as “life-changing,” she encouraged the young professionals to take ownership of their personal growth, highlighting loyalty as a powerful driver of success.

The audience actively participated in an engaging discussion, asking thoughtful questions on topics such as work–life balance and strategies to sustain it.

The event concluded on a memorable note when Vidya was invited to sing a Carnatic piece. Not only did she render it beautifully, but she also explained its meaning, leaving the audience deeply moved and appreciative of her gesture.
